Friday Faves: 24/07/2015

And of course it's that time of the week again but this time I'll leave out the spiel that involves something like "Oh Em Gee hasn't this week flown past". This week has been the beginning of the summer holidays, 6 weeks of no school has never felt so needed ever before in my life. And with that said, let's begin this weeks Friday Faves.

1. Shiseido Ibuki Refining Moisturiser

I got this little beauty as a freebie from Sephora when I lost my Sephora virginity back in June (you can read all about it here) and had completely forgotten about it until the other week. As mentioned in my Empty Products Round Up, I had run out of my go-to moisturiser and was in need for something to replace it and that's when I remembered about this bad boy. It's paraben, sulfate and phthalate free and and Allure Best of Beauty winner, so it's real good stuff.

It's a fairly thin yet nourishing consistency and leaves your skin feeling so smooth and so hydrated. I use it in the mornings and evenings and part of my daily skincare routine as it's a perfect thickness to wear under foundation and to wear overnight. It's an all rounder and is really quite fab.

You can buy it from Sephora here.

2. E.L.F. Blush and Contour

This is an oldie. Like a real oldie. I bought it a long time ago and it's even featured in one of my first ever blog post *hands over eyes emoji* (if you want to read it, you can here). The product comes in a could-be-Nars type packaging and is split in two. The first is a a pinky blush shade (which I have never used) and the second is a gorgeous bronzed contour cream perfect for a creamy contour. I used to use this all the time but stopped and moved onto a powder form to contour with but now I'm back using this (as well as my Nars contour).

At the moment the E.L.F. website is down and has been for a while so I can't include a link to show you, soz 'bout that.

But overall, I've rekindled my love for this product and I'm so glad it has lasted.

3. Camomile Tea

I've never been a massive tea drinker, if you know me well, you'll know I'm more of a coffee kinda gal. However, recently I've been loving having a mug of herbal tea to send me off to sleep in the evenings. I've mentioned a few that I loved in this post but more recently, I've been hooked to this camomile one from Sainsbury's.

Up until a few weeks ago, I had never had camomile tea but I thought I'd branch out from my usual lemon and ginger and try this bad boy. It's the perfect taste and smell to calm you down in the evenings and a big mug of this is fab before bed.

Unfortunately when I went to buy some, the only brand that had camomile tea in stock was Sainsbury's own but it still tastes great. So if you're down for trying some relaxing camomile infused tea, I defo recommend this one!

4. Crunchie

I have rekindled my love for crunchies. I'm pretty sure I haven't consumed one of these honeycomb bad boys since I was 10 and when I came home to a pack of 4 after mentioning my craving to my Mum, I launched myself at the packet. They're just so yummy and honeycombey and all kinds of deliciousness.

Sadly I have none left to fill my Crunchie chocolate craving so I've moved on to a box of Thorntons for the moment. But anyways, Crunchies 1 <3 you.

And that's all for today's post!

Thank you for reading!
